The only way for you to buy Once Upon a Caper if you are outside of the United States will be if you purchase Leanne’s art and sketchbooks along with Once Upon a Caper, then we will ship them together and it will be more cost effective for everyone. I’m sure you would make some bank publishing a book per episode! Have you calculated buying the rights? That guy that wrote “good night darth vader” and the others seemed not quite on your level.
The Good Night Darth Vader series is beautiful and has mainstream commercial appeal. BMS is definitely on the quirky niche side of Star Wars fandom. Given the new ownership, I have serious doubts smoking Leia would be tolerated. We’ve never seriously considered a license for these reasons and more. But we do think it’s great that people like our amateur work enough to wish they had it in a printed published form.
