–EDIT: We’re looking for someone fluent in Japanese to run a made up title by. To make sure it works (both phonetically and in Kanji) in Japanese and makes sense. This is for a non-BMS project. Please contact us if you can help.–

On March 3rd, 2012, Ralph McQuarrie passed away. He was the visionary artist whose imagination helped make Star Wars and Battlestar Galactica, among others, so captivating and inspiring. I remember having one of the Ralph McQuarrie Return of the Jedi portfolios when I was a kid. It was a folio filled with prints of his artwork depicting scenes from the script which were later used to help guide the visual realization of the film. I still look at his work from time to time and let myself get transported away to the world that he made so real and yet so fantastic. His contribution to Star Wars was one of the most important elements in the success of the films.

I am happy to announce the NEW Blue Milk Special FaceBook Group for most diehard of fans! Actually, the FanPage layout change was really pissing me off, and the old BMS FaceBook group had been migrated (a word which really means redesigned by FaceBook a while back). I will drop a few exclusive pinups and pieces of art there soon. I also notice we are dropping like a stone in the TopWebComics.com webcomic rankings. I know that we have not been able to update as regularly in the last month, but I’ll make you guys a deal. If you can get us climbing back toward the top 30 then there will be a bonus bounty hunter strip or two starting Friday. Does that sound good?

New poll.

The full cast of Bounty Hunters have finally debuted in Blue Milk Special and Boba Fett makes his first appearance in his TESB color scheme. Head on over to our BMS FaceBook Fan Page OR our BMS FaceBook Group and discuss. I recommend the group since the layout seems more conducive to discussion.
