Blockade running isn’t easy, so you need to have a way to boost morale. Captain Antilles is not the most professional of pilots, and the next few strips will further reinforce that.
Apparently in the mid-90s the miniature received a restoration prior to going on display. Part of the restoration was to return the Rebel Blockade Runner to how it appeared in A New Hope after it had been modified for Return of the Jedi. At that time the modeler, John Goodson, gave the ship a new paint job, repaired some missing pieces and added the posters on the bridge. The Star Wars poster was from a video cassette cover. The pinup is Playboy playmate Deborah Borkman, Miss July 1976.

Yes. We have to be really clear about this though, the mini posters were not in the original Tantive IV model, not that any shots in the film would have given them away.
What good is a Blockade Runner, that can’t outrun?
