Hi! *waves furiously*

Okay, so here we are… back into The Empire Strikes Back again with our brand spanking new website, designed by Leanne Hannah and realized by Kieran Chapman. Kieran also put together Leanne’s own website which you should check out if you haven’t already. Speaking of Leanne, you’ll see a sketch of Biggs Darklighter on the right. She is currently posting several sketches per week on her Twitter account. Though not exclusively Star Wars, if you like sci-fi, superheroes, and retro stuff, then you’ll probably want to take a look, not least of all if you’re a fan of her style like I am.

There are various things to mention, but I’m in such a hurry to simply get this strip up that I’m going to leave those to a later update today or tonight. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the introduction of General Veers. You’ll be seeing him again very soon.

You can also see Leanne and myself (remember, my name is Rod, not Rob. That’s Rod for Roderick, not Robert. Think Hot Rod, but just don’t call me that to my face. That Autobot was responsible for the death of Optimus Prime, as far as I’m concerned!) at Baltimore Comic Con (August 20-21), just two weeks away!!! I know most of you won’t be able to be there, but if you can make it you will find us in Artist Alley at the end of one of the rows facing the signing area (bottom right hand corner of the convention floor plan). Leanne and I will be doing BMS sketches, and Leanne will be doing sketches of non-BMS subjects as well. Credit cards will be accepted, so don’t worry if you don’t have the cash. Please spread the word about the show and our Artist Alley table #175.
